The CoreBuilt stand alone kickboxing bag is made with high-density foam padding for maximum impact absorption. The bag comes in two boxes - the top padded bag and the base.
The base can be filled with water or sand. When filled completely with water, the bag weights around 270 pounds. You can fill it to the level of your choice.
